The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the railway station and surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. My room offered ample power sockets and a well-equipped bathroom with a powerful shower. The staff were great, even preparing a personalized breakfast parcel when I had to leave early, showcasing their commitment to really good customer service.

location really close to center and central station as well as nijmegen centrum. very courteous and incredibly nice staff; quick check in. breakfast with ham or cheese.

The room was neat and huge, the hotel was clean. Thanks to the very satisfying breakfasts plus attentive staff we had very very good stay. We appreciated the location, which was ideal and nice close to everything in Nijmegen centrum. Could be great for summer holidays.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with ample power outlets, always a win for charging devices. They even leave earbuds next to the bed, a thoughtful touch for blocking out the noise from your rowdy neighbors above.
The building itself has an outdated vibe, with visible wear like chipped paint and broken fixtures. The bathrooms suffer from poor ventilation, leading to a humid atmosphere that doesn't help after a shower. The furnishings and decor could use a refresh to shake off the dull, run-down aesthetic.

I had some problems in getting internet connection help I got from front desk was exceptional. Overall I think I got the most friendly treatment in many yearsI highly recommend this hotel for any visitor

Excellent staff...especially Elsa....Great bed and bathroom.
Upon arrival, I was told I had no reservation!!! I made this online February 6th. What happened to my reservation?????They had one room left only because the friends we were seeing in Nijmegen had called the hotel and they were also told we did not have a reservation!!! They had one room left because of our friends' phone call and it was on the top floor!!! I have a knee problem and had cortisone shots prior to leaving the U.S. Walking up to the third floor caused me considerable difficulty and my husband had to bring me breakfast on two mornings since I could not go up and down twice. I also wish they had offered fruit as an option for breakfast.

The check in was quick, the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Our room was great-sized with good selection continental breakfast and tea, as for instance, slept well. The food was nice with a great selection of options.

The location was fantastic, great to bike to nearby spots like the beautiful river and fine parks. Our room was spacious with comfy pillows. Staff were friendly. Don't forget to check out local bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place!
The check-in took a bit longer than expected since our room wasn't ready on arrival, but it wasn't a big issue.
